To manage your account follow the following steps:

  1. login as administrator and select ‘Account’ from the main menu.
  2. You’ll see an overview of the setting for your account.
  3. Click the ‘Edit’ button to adjust the settings for your account
  4. account_edit
  5. After clicking edit you will see the following options:
    • ‘Account name’, this is a static text. You’ll see it’s the name chosen when you registered
    • ‘Password expiry duration (in days)’, if your policy is that passwords need to be changed every number of days, you can add the number of days here
    • ‘Minimum length’, the minimum length you want the passwords
    • ‘Use characters’, if the use of characters is required in the passwords
    • ‘Use capitals’, if the use of capitals is required in the passwords
    • ‘Use numbers’, if the use of numbers is required in the passwords
    • ‘Use special characters’, if the use of special characters is required in the passwords
    • ‘Maximum number of invalid attempts’ the maximum number of invalid login attempts before the user is blocked. Empty means unlimited
    • ‘Force Reset password on first Login’, forces the newly created(or unlocked) user to change his/her password on login.
    • ‘logo’ the logo use wish to be default for your forms.
  6. For now, feel free to change what you want and save the account. You’ll return to the overview page of the account. and you can see the changes
